The National Monuments Service's description
The precise location of a souterrain in the townland of Lohercannon listed by Waddell (1970, 17) has not been identified. Described by Waddell (1970, 17) as a 'three-chambered souterrain of dry-masonry construction found in 1957. In 1928 a souterrain was found in a nearby rath [KE029-151----?]'.
