The National Monuments Service's description
Circular enclosure KE021-104---- is situated SW of KE021-103----. It is marked on the 1841-42 and 1898 OS maps and shows up on the Geological Survey of Ireland's aerial photographs (1977).
According to the Kerry Field Notes (1945) the Club discovered a souterrain in the shape of the letter 'L' in the centre of the fort. The souterrain (KE021-104001-) was much collapsed and filled, being used as a burial place for animals. However, all that survives today is an undulating field which may signify the position of the original fort.
