The National Monuments Service's description
Though marked on the 1842 and 1897 OS maps as a circular enclosure, this site has been completely levelled and no surface trace remains. It can, however, be picked up as a crop mark on the Geological Survey of Ireland's aerial photographs (1977).
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 693. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
