The National Monuments Service's description
This enclosure does not appear on the first edition map, but it is marked on the 1915 map. It is sub-circular in plan, c 71m in diameter. The enclosure is almost completely levelled and is barely perceptible above the ground. The land is sloping in a NE direction.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 1077. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
