The National Monuments Service's description
This semi-circular enclosure is not marked on the 1841-42 OS map, and it is only faintly marked on the 1915 map. The site has been almost completely levelled and is barely traceable. This site consists of a semi-circular raised area .4m above the surrounding land. It is c 37m in diameter.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 1072. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
