The National Monuments Service's description
Situated in the corner of a field, this site has extensive views of the surrounding land. Marked on the 1841-42 and 1916 OS map as 'Children's Burial Ground', this site has been completely ploughed out. Immediately E of it lies a quarry.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 871. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
