The National Monuments Service's description
According to the Kerry Field Notes (1939, 25-33), when the Kerry Field Club were visiting other archaeological sites in the vicinity, they came across a large mound of stones to the N of a standing stone (KE014-101----).
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 1114. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
