Under 6 feet of peat, a stone roadway about 1m in width and consisting of small slab-like field stones, 3 or 4 courses in depth. The trackway runs in a NNE-SSW direction from near Pilgrimhill into Co. Limerick (OPW field report).

The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 94. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
