The National Monuments Service's description
This site is not marked on any edition of the OS maps. Situated in poor pastureland, it consists of an elongated earthen mound, 61.2m long, c 14m wide at the base and .4m high.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 1054. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
