The National Monuments Service's description
In 1975 David Sweetman visited this area to inspect a souterrain (KE009-080----). While here he also inspected a local aerial photograph which showed an earthwork 120 yards from the souterrain. A house is built on the site.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 1042. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
