The National Monuments Service's description

Situated SE of KE009-005---- in the corner of a field, univallate rath KE009-008---- consists of an oval area enclosed by an earthen bank on average 5m wide and rising to a height of 1m externally and .6m above the interior.

The interior is at slightly higher level than the surrounding land, and in the N sector is an oblong mound (KE009-008001-) measuring internally 6.4m x 2m. A fieldbank runs along the N to E side of this site.
