The National Monuments Service's description
According to the SMR file there was a 'ringfort site' at this location, however there is no reference to a rath under the description a souterrain (KE005-047001-) at the location (Toal 1995 309, no. 1119). There is no clear evidence that there was a ringfort surrounding the souterrain.
