The National Monuments Service's description

Internal diameter 32m N-S, 34m E-W
Lissaniska/Lios an Uisce (ringfort of the water). This circular univallate rath has an enclosing earthen bank which rises to a maximum of 2.6m externally and 1m internally. Two gaps to the NE ttnd W provide access to the interior; they measure 3m and 5m in width respectively. A fieldbank runs along the W side of this fort. An external fosse 3m in width and c 1m below the height of the surrounding land runs from the W through N to NE.
