Internal diameter 28m N-S, 27m E-W
This sub-circular univallate rath is enclosed by a well-defined bank and exterior fosse. The earthen enclosing bank is 1.2m high externally, c .8m high internally and 4m wide at the base. The fosse is shallow and U-shaped, measuring c 1m in width and .5m below the surrounding land. Two gaps are to be noted SW and E, measuring 3m and 4m respectively. The gap on the E side has a causeway leading across the fosse measuring 4m in width and .35m above the fosse.
