The National Monuments Service's description
'Font/piscina. Granite. Badly damaged. (diams. 0.70m x 0.74m; diam. of basin 0.35m; D of basin 0.2m). Set on pier base of friary church transept (KD040-002005-). Comerford (1891-5) states that it came from St James' church (KD040-002003-) (Bradley et al. 1986, vol. 2, 111)
