The National Monuments Service's description
Near the top (500 foot contour) of a short but steep E-facing pasture slope overlooking the River Liffey to the E. Two other enclosures lie nearby; one to the N (KD029-052----) and the second to the SE (KD029-054----). A fairly well-preserved small, circular area (int. diams. 17m N-S; 16m E-W) is defined by a low earthen bank (int. H 0.2-1.2m; Wth 3-5.6m; ext. H 0.5-1.1m) and a shallow outer fosse (D 0.2-0.4m; Wth at base 1.2-1.8m). The W-half of the interior rises steeply.
