The National Monuments Service's description

A level, circular area (diam. 31m) is enclosed by a well-defined fosse and by a low, outer, earthen bank. A slight berm is visible between the fosse and the bank from NE-E-SSE (overall diam. 50m). There is some modern disturbance at the N. (O'Riordáin 1950, 276: Site U; scaled section E-W Plate XXVII)
