The National Monuments Service's description
Shown on the 1st ed. (1838) of the OS 6-inch map as a small circular enclosure, and while not recorded on the latest ed. (1939) of the 6-inch map where the area is shown as a quarry, the feature is hachured as a small sub-rectangular enclosure (est. ext. dims. c. 25m NW-SE; c. 20m NE-SE) on the intervening OS 25-inch mapping. Appears to have been quarried away.
