The National Monuments Service's description
On gently sloping pasture in an area known as the Little Curragh. Ring-barrow known as Raheenanairy (KD022-042----) located 350m to NE. Outline of monument clearly visible on 2005 OSI aerial photographs. Poorly preserved ring-barrow (overall diam. 28m) consisting of a circular area (diam. 19m) enclosed by a shallow fosse (Wth 2.5m; ext. D 0.1m) and the faintest remains of much degraded bank (Wth 2m; ext. H 0.1m) now visible as a slight rise of ground. No other features visible.
