The National Monuments Service's description

On level ground. Visible on an aerial photograph (DoD, 1999). A very slightly raised, sub-circular area (diams. 5.1m NW-SE; 4.7m NE-SW) is defined by a narrow, shallow fosse (Wth 1-1.7m; D 0.05m), clearly visible as a vegetation band girdling the central area. This is one of a group of six similar, closely associated monuments (KD022-072---- to KD022-077----) in this part of the Little Curragh.
