The National Monuments Service's description
A large collection of cross slabs, grave slabs, decorated stones, architectural fragments and three effigies (See KD022-029023- and KD022-029027- to KD022-029058- and KD022-029060-), dating from the 10th to the 17th centuries have been placed in and at St. Brigid’s Cathedral (KD022-029005-).
KD022-029060-: According to Bradley et al. (1986 vol. 3, 224), among the architectural fragments collected are a possible altar stone (L 1.48m; Wth 0.6m; T 0.24m) incised with a plain Latin cross; a centre window spandrel (H 0.31m; Wth 0.56m; T 0.25m) of a sandstone, twin-light, cusped ogee-headed window, grooved for glass; a limestone window head (H0.27m; Wth 0.3m; T 0.15m) with undecorated hollow spandrels; and a piscina comprising an almost square limestone block (H 0.39m; Wth 0.36m; T 0.18m) with a shallow circular bowl (diam. 0.2m), formed by radiating concave scallops tapering towards a central drainage hole.
