The National Monuments Service's description
In a graveyard (KD022-029003-), immediately E of St Brigid’s Cathedral (KD022-029005-). According to Bradley et al. (1986 vol. 3, 223 Fig. 96), a small rectangular (L 4.35m N-S; Wth 3.1m) barrel-vaulted with wicker-work centering, underground chamber is entered from the W through a rectangular ope reached via 11 steps from present ground level above. The flagged floor appears to have been raised. A flat-lintelled window with internal splay in the S wall shows that the structure originally stood above ground level.
