The National Monuments Service's description

On the roadside on a narrow terrace in the lower SW-slope of a moderately steep-sided hill. A possible tumbled coffin-rest (KD022-011002-) stands outside the entrance gate at SE, and the interior contains a much ruined church (KD022-011----) in the E sector. A small, slightly raised, oval area (diams. 32m N-S; 25m E-W; av. H 1m) is enclosed by a well-built, modern wall, built of thin stones. Burials cover the whole of the interior, the earliest legible inscriptions dating to the 18th century, and the graveyard is still in use. A small masonry pier or pillar (H 0.9m; L 0.5m; T 0.2m) attached to an entrance gate pier houses a small limestone stoup, concreted in place. The visible portion (dims. L 0.2m; Wth 0.2m; H 0.15m) contains a well-carved, water-filled, circular basin (diam. 0.13m; D 0.08m).
