The National Monuments Service's description
On a short and very gentle E-facing slope near the E edge of a golf course and just W of an artificially created lake/water feature. Of limestone, a low (H 1.46m), narrow, lichen-covered stone, almost square at its base (dims. L 0.31m; Wth 0.29m), is fractured to half its width near the top while a chamfer on its S face (0.16m above ground level) reduces the width of the stone above (Wth 0.22m). The stone inclines slightly towards the N and the immediately surrounding ground has only patchy grass cover. Was apparently in situ before the golf course development, but is not recorded on the OS 6-inch maps. Similar to another possible standing stone (KD019-059----) c. 2km to the S.
