The National Monuments Service's description

Located on the roadside in gently undulating pastureland. It contains a ruined church (KD003-014001-), and is still used for burial. A sub-rectangular area (dims. L c. 58m E-W; Wth c. 35m) is enclosed by a low, mortared stone wall, skirted by an internal path. The earliest legible burial inscriptions are 18th century and are visible on several table-slabs to the E of the church.
