The National Monuments Service's description

On a gentle rise in grassland. This very poorly preserved subcircular rath (26.5m E-W; 24.5m N-S) is defined by an almost completely levelled bank (max. H 0.2m). The monument has been bulldozed. According to local information, prior to levelling, the bank was almost 1m high and was composed of earth and stone; there was an entrance feature at W. A souterrain (GA128-047001-) lies in the centre of the interior.
