This wall monument (Wth 0.61m; H 0.61m) is set into the S wall of the chancel of the friary church (GA127-019----). It bears the following inscription:
HERE LIES, THE BO=
DY OF EDMUND HEA
RNE OF TIREHAN AN
D ELLIS DAVILLS H
= IS WIFE AND THE=
REST OF THAT FAM
ILY GOD, BE MER=
CIFVLL TO THEM
AMEN 1688
