The National Monuments Service's description

Within the graveyard (GA122-101005-) associated with Killinny Church (GA122-101004-). This cruciform limestone slab (H 0.6m; arm span 0.52m; Wth of shaft 0.38m; T 0.08m) bears a hollowed-out almost equal-armed cross with expanded terminals and a central boss in false relief on its E face.
