The National Monuments Service's description
In pastureland. Marked on the OS 1:2500 plan (surveyed 1912-16) as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 38m) planted internally with evergreen trees and with deciduous trees around its perimeter. On inspection in September 1982 only a few trees remained and, apart from some stones and rocks, no visible surface trace of the enclosing element survived. It was probably an ornamental feature associated with Coole House (GA112-052----).
