This is one of two contiguous leachta (see also GA120-002008-) that are located on the S side of the church (GA120-002001-), at its SW corner. Both are rectangular in plan (2.1m E-W; 1m N-S) and consist of a plinth of limestone masonry capped by a flat rectangular limestone slab (information from Dr J. Waddell). This record relates to the N leacht. A third leacht (GA120-002009-) lies c. 15m to the SE. (Gosling 1993, 96, no. 552)
