The National Monuments Service's description

This oval granite bullaun (0.6m x 0.43m; T 0.22m) is lying on the ground to the NW of a leacht (GA120-002009-). When Westropp (1895, 272) and Mason (1938, 197-8) visited the island it was located near the doorway of the church (GA120-002004-), where another bullaun (GA120-002004-) is embedded in the ground. This bullaun has a slightly dished broad face with a shallow oval depression (0.3m x 0.2m). Within the latter is smaller conical depression (Wth 0.3m; D 0.3m) (information from Dr J. Waddell). (Gosling 1993, 96, 552)
