The National Monuments Service's description

To E of GA119-012001-. An almost square mortared pier (L 1.05m, Wth 1m, H 1.4m) with a stepped top surmounted by a cross with expanded terminals, bearing the letters IHS. The NE face contains an inscribed plaque commemorating 'Saramsweeny wife to John Fitzpatrick', dated 1709. (Robinson 1980)
