The National Monuments Service's description
Within the S end of a graveyard (GA118-075001-). On inspection in March 1984, this rectangular church (int. dims. 14.2m E-W; c. 4.75m N-S), with a N transcept (ext. dims. 8.1m E-W; 5.25m N-S) was very poorly preserved and heavily overgrown with ivy. It was constructed of roughly cut mortared limestone. None of the walls survived to their original height. The E gable wall (H 2m) of the church and the N wall (H 2.4m) of the transept were the best preserved walls but no architectural features survived. Two breaks in the S wall, one towards the E end (Wth 1.4m) and one towards the W end (Wth 1.6m), may have marked the location of either windows or doorways. Numerous graves dating from the 19th and 20th centuries occupied the interior of both parts. Current aerial imagery (OSi digitalglobe imagery) indicates that the ivy has been removed.
