The National Monuments Service's description
On the N-facing slope of Knockash. Poorly preserved circular rath (diam. 30m) defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. The W half of the monument is obscured by overgrowth. The townland boundary wall cuts through the site at NE and SE. The inner bank is best preserved to the E of wall; only slight traces of the outer bank survive. The fosse was filled with water when inspected.
