The National Monuments Service's description

On a SE-facing slope in otherwise level grassland. This poorly preserved circular cashel (diam. 21.4m) is defined by a much-collapsed drystone wall (Wth 3.1m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1.1m). It is completely overgrown with blackthorn and bramble and a laneway cuts through it at SE. A field-clearance cairn is visible in the centre of the interior.
