The National Monuments Service's description

On a level terrace overlooking a small stream mmediately to the S. Marked on the 1838 and 1921 editions of the OS 6-inch maps as the site of a church. No visible surface trace of it survives. A holy well (GA114-066002-) lies c. 40m to the SE, and there is a children's burial ground (GA114-066003-) c. 40m to the SSE. There are also two unclassified buildings (GA114-066006- and GA114-066007-) adjacent to the holy well, and 5m to the SW of the latter is a small overgrown rectangular structure (GA114-066005-) which may have been a penitential station. A secular well lies c. 60m to the SE on the S bank of the stream.
