The National Monuments Service's description
On a gentle N-facing slope in rock outcrop and rough grazing land. A poorly preserved circular cashel (diam. 29m) defined by two collapsed drystone walls. An unusual feature is the incorporation of the natural rock outcrop in the make-up of the inner wall at E. An entrance gap (Wth 3m) is evident at NE.
