The National Monuments Service's description
On a gentle E-facing slope in rough pastureland. This poorly preserved circular cashel (diam. 46m) is defined by a collapsed drystone wall (Wth 2.8m; int. H 1.5m; ext. H 1.5m). A boreen skirts the perimeter from SE to SW. There is a souterrain (GA113-196001-) in the centre of the interior. (McCaffrey 1952, 278, no. 1a)
