The National Monuments Service's description
On a gentle S-facing slope in rough pastureland, c. 40m to the NNW of a rath (GA113-163----). When initially visited by the Survey in October 1982, this children's burial ground consisted of a raised rectangular area (c. 30m NE-SW; c. 20m NW-SE) which was defined by a low earthen bank. It contained a number of irregularly set plain stone slabs. In the SW quadrant larger slabs formed a neat square structure (L/Wth 1.5m; H 0.95m). On a revisit in June 1992 the site was totally obscured by impenetrable thorn and briar cover.
