The National Monuments Service's description
In level pastureland. Circular rath (diam. 38.5m), in fair condition, defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. The inner bank is clearly visible but is much denuded at E where it is overlain by a field wall. Traces of internal stone-facing are evident. The fosse survives all round. No visible surface trace of the outer bank survives from N through E to SE; elsewhere it is overlain by field walls. A possible children’s burial ground (GA113-079001-) is associated. (McCaffrey 1952, 275, no. 18)
