The National Monuments Service's description

On a S-facing slope in pastureland and tillage. Poorly preserved circular cashel (diam. c. 40m) defined by a collapsed drystone wall, which is overlain by a later field wall from N to NE. Elsewhere the enclosing element is heavily overgrown and obscured by field-clearance rubble. Modern gaps breach the wall at E (Wth 1m) and S (Wth 4m). A souterrain (GA113-068001-) lies in the NW quadrant of the interior. Immediately to the WSW of the cashel is an enclosure (GA113-068002-).
