The National Monuments Service's description

Stands 3.5m W of GA111-021004-. An almost square mortared pier (L 1.2m, Wth 1.2m, H 2.55m) surmounted by a broken cross. The S face contains two plaques commemorating 'Barthw [and] Mary O Donnell' and 'Denis [and] Anne O Donnell', dated 1934. (Robinson 1980)
