The National Monuments Service's description
Within the interior of the cashel (GA110-138----). According to O’Donovan a round pile of stones in the N sector appeared to be the ruins of oblong/oval house (GA110-138001-). Traces of a second house (GA110-138002-) where also evident in the SE quadrant but the latter was so ruined that measurements could not be taken (O’Flanagan 1927, Vol. 3, 238). No visible surface traces remain of either of the features noted. A modern clearance cairn now occupies the N sector of the interior.
