The National Monuments Service's description
Circa 80m S of Teampall an Ceathrair Álainn (GA110-086001-), Inis Mór. Very poorly preserved subcircular enclosure (E-W 31.5m, N-S 28.5m) defined by a grassed-over bank of earth and stone, except from NW to N where there is a natural scarp. Cut by a number of field walls, one of which overlies the enclosing element from S to NW. Two buildings occupy the interior (GA110-095---- GA110-095001-).
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. I - West Galway'. Compiled by Paul Gosling (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993).
