The National Monuments Service's description
This cross-slab which was drawn by Petrie in 1822 is missing. It bore a double-armed Latin cross that ended in circular terminals containing crosslets. Both sides of the cross were decorated below the lower arms. The decoration on the right side consisted of another two-line cross, while that on the left consisted of a square panel with interlace ornament. An inscription running in two lines below the upper arms read: OR[ÓIT] DO TIGERNAC (Waddell 1973, 23, no. 16). (Crawford 1913, 153 (c); Higgins 1987, vol. 2, 368-9, no. 90)
