The National Monuments Service's description
This is one of eight cross-slabs (see also GA110-023014- to GA110-023020-) associated with Leaba Bhreacáin (GA110-023001-). This example (L 1.41m; Wth 0.56m; T 0.12m) is lying face down c. 1m to the W of the leaba. It bears a plain two-line Latin cross with traces of a three-line inscription, now almost illegible, in the lower cantons. The inscription was previously read as: ORAIT AR ANMAIN SEMBLAIN by Petrie and as ORAIT AR ANMAIN SCANDLAIN by Macalister; only the word ORAIT and the letter S on the third line can now be made out (Waddell 1973, 17, no. 3). (Crawford 1913, 154 (g); Higgins 1987, vol. 2, 324, no. 50)
