The National Monuments Service's description
On the E-facing slope of a hillock in pastureland. Two small hachured features marked on the 1944-5 revision of the OS 6-inch map proved on inspection in 1984 to be mounds and hollows associated with disused gravel pits. As they are of post-AD 1700 date they do not come within the remit of the Archaeological Survey of Ireland.
