The National Monuments Service's description

On a rise in otherwise level pastureland. When visited in March 1983 this fairly well-preserved circular rath (diam. c. 25m) was defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. The inner bank was clearly visible though its perimeter was overgrown with bushes. The fosse and outer bank survived only from W to NNW. A gap in the inner bank at N appeared to be original. There was a souterrain (GA106-152001-) in the W sector of the interior. On a revisit in December 2013 it was noted that the outer bank had been levelled.
