The National Monuments Service's description
In low-lying pastureland. This subcircular rath (c. 40m NW-SE; c. 35m NE-SW) is defined by a fairly substantial bank which is extant throughout and is best preserved at S (max. Wth 5.85m; int. H 0.52m; ext. H c. 2m). Similar opposing gaps occur in the bank at E (Wth 5.3m) and W (Wth 5.2m). A natural ridge runs N-S through the monument and field-clearance material has been piled in the NE sector of the interior.
