Within a possible early ecclesiastical enclosure (GA106-095005- ). All that survives of this poorly preserved medieval rectangular church(12m E-W; 5.75m N-S) is the W gable and the N side-wall along with the return of the S side-wall. At the time of the OS Letters (O’Flanagan, 1727, Vol. 2, 4-6), sections of the E gable and the adjoining S side-wall also stood. The only in-situ architectural feature is a flat-headed single-light window situated off-centre in the W gable at first-floor level, directly above it a horizontal offset is visible. This indicates the former presence of a loft at this end of the church. Some worked stone, including the head of a round-headed window and an arch stone of a doorway lie within the interior of the church as well as a number of modern burials. A later structure (5.75m N-S; 3m E-W) has also been built within it, against the W gable wall. Its barrel-vaulted roof is now covered externally with cement. Access is via a doorway that is off-centre in the E wall and there is a rectangular window in the N and S walls. Internally there is an alcove in N wall. Three graveslabs dating to the 18th and 19th centuries are along the W gable.
